Her Story
Mrs. Patience Adzovi Yewoenao was born on Monday, 23rd August 1937, to BCB Nutsugah and Julia Tolovi Amenuvor, both of blessed memory.
She spent her early years in Adafienu under the loving care of her grandmother, Dashivi Amenuvor, a renowned baker, also of blessed memory. She attended the E.P. Primary School, Adafienu.
In 1955 she met the love of her life, and together they built a beautiful home blessed with ten children. Their marriage was marked by love, commitment, and unwavering devotion, lasting until the passing of her beloved husband in June 2016.
Adzovi was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth, kindness, and strength touched the lives of many until her last breath on the morning of June 21, 2026. She leaves behind a cherished family who will forever treasure her memory.
She is survived by six children—Alikem, Ama, Kobla, Quao, Ernestina, and Awo—as well as 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her love, wisdom, and enduring legacy.
Though she is no longer with us in body, her love, values, and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
May her memory be a blessing, and may her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
